3 Reason to Detoxify    Introduction to a 5 Part Blog by Marlene Hibbard

New Start for a New You (Right Now)

Marlene Hibbard’s mission is to see you wake up smiling and pain free by assisting you in replacing the toxic foods you eat and successfully switching to healthy eating habits.

This task is not only physical but spiritual. Why is this true? Because the physical is a gift. Your body (temple) is given to you by your Creator. Therefore, you have an obligation to care for it in a conscientious manner. It’s this precious treasure that should be treated like you would care for a rare and priceless gem. You are to nurture, nourish, and promote its well-being in every way. It is not your own. It was bought with a price.

Honor your Maker with your body. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. One thing that will encourage a new start is realizing how loved you are by God. So look through the Bible, especially the well-known verse, John 3:16. When he says he loved the world, that means you. Just put your name in there. God so loved (your name) that he gave…

Your Goals:

That’s my mission and my message. Now what’s yours? What is it you want to do with your life? Whatever you believe to be your calling, you will need a fit body to accomplish those objectives. I’m offering you motivation and tools to help you physically and spiritually. I invite you to be a part of the solution so you can help others to prevent and reverse the diseases that plague our population. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

It takes just a few days to develop the habits necessary to enhance your well-being.

Then what?

Oh, it takes discipline and that’s where we need help from our fellow soldiers to stand together, encouraging and strengthening one another.

We’re in a battle. We can join forces. It takes a great deal of intestinal fortitude to go it alone and you do want to win, don’t you? That’s why I’ve developed some helpful tools for this task of enhancing our well-being.

Before we begin this renewing of the body and spirit, we will need to get rid of the old to start with a clean system, a clean slate if you will.

The Principle of Replacement

This principle teaches:

  • Take something off
  • Put on something else in its place

You will find that our next 3 posts will show you how to replace the beige colorless foods that are served in numerous homes and by smock-wearing servers can be rolled out and bring in the new fresh, colorful, living foods that give you life and energy.

The replacement method comes from an ancient value system used by people who walked the earth in New Testament days. Wednesday is usually our Natural Cancer Cures and Awareness Day but every day we talk about detoxifying is bringing us closer to preventing many diseases. You see, it has so much to do with cancer. Keeping our bodies well is why this blog exists. SO be sure to come back tomorrow and see how we can work together in accountability.

Protect Your Body with Plants Quick Tip

CC BY-NC by gothick_matt

Hey, Just another quick tip of the day for you about your health.

Did you know that your immune system can download information from the plants you eat. Yeah, it’s as if you were downloading a book with information from the internet. God gave plants an immunity to protect themselves from bugs, toxins, etc. When you eat medicinal mushrooms, they give your immune system the same protection from disease. This according to Dr. Daniel Nuzum, maybe you’ve heard of him. He’s the one whose clinic was destroyed twice once by fire, then certain so called authorities came into his clinic with guns threw him and his patients down and put guns in their backs.

But he’s still telling the truth about cures from diseases that you may not have heard about until now. He’s worth listening to. Go to THETRUTHABOUTCANCER.COM

Wheat Gluten’s Effects on Your Brain

Quick Tip of the Day        Pixabay Image 157252

Dr. Christine Zioudrou subjected gluten, the main protein of wheat, to a simulated digestive process to mimic what happens after we eat bread or other wheat-containing products. Exposed to pepsin (a stomach enzyme) and hydrochloic acid (stomach acid), gluten is degraded to a mix of polypeptides. The dominant polypeptides were then isolated and administered to laboratory rats. These polypeptides were discovered to have the peculiar ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier that separates the bloodstream from the brain. This barrier is there for a reason: The brain is highly sensitive to the wide variety of substances that gain entry to the blood, some of whech can provoke undesirable effects should they cross into your amygdala, hippocampus, cerebral cortex, or other brain structure. ONce having gained entry into the brain, wheat polypeptides ind to the brain’s morphine receptor, the very same receptor to which opiate drugs bind” (David, William, MD, Wheat Belly, Rodale Press, NY).

How did Carnegie and Rockefeller “Reform” Medical Education and current practices in the United States.

Flexner Report

When money is coming from a vested interest, what’s going to happen? The outcome will be what the donor intends it to be. That’s what happened in medical education in the U.S.A.

In the 1800’s there were homeopathic, naturopathic and herbal medical schools. Rockefeller and Carnegie took a hold of the educational system and reformed medical education in America. They did this by pouring money into medical schools who only used patented chemical medicines that could be sold for big bucks. Then nicely suggested that they place overseers from their companies to be on the school board, just to see how the money was being used. Of course, the schools wanted to please their donors so decisions were made accordingly.

By 1950 all naturalist, herbalology, and homeopathic schools were closed. These natural medical schools were not pushing enough patented chemical drugs.

Quick Tip on Yo-yo-ing Weight Loss

Hey,

Here’s your quick tip for today and a question or two.

How can my weight loss help other people? In fact, how can your weight loss help other people? For instance, maybe you ‘ve had a friend who’s had a problem with yo-yo-ing. You and I can be an inspiration to others especially if we’ve had the same problem.

Then there’s the lack of energy at the end of day when you have to trudge to the car or shovel to get there.

Then there’s the lack of energy at the end of day when you have to trudge to the car or
shovel to get there.

I can relate. I lived in the north country, Schroon Lake, NY and I was apt to get cabin fever in the winter. You can’t walk down the road when the snow is piled up to the electric wires.

You can ask anyone who’s lived in snow country how difficult it is to keep the weight off when your summer amounts to the 4th of July. That was a standing joke in our town…4th of July being our summer. Talk about yo-yoing? We’d spend the warmer season trying to get off all the weight we gained over the winter.

WHY?

No YMCA, Gold’s gym or even a mall to walk within 35 miles. And who wants to travel 35 miles on mountain roads in bad weather.

Along with these restrictions to getting some aerobic exercise, there’s the added struggle of your body craving more food just to keep warm. Are you thinking, just turn the heat up, you won’t be cold all the time?

That might not be the best solution. It can get very expensive unless your home was built with efficiency in mind.

SolutionFind an answer

So our experiences can give us the answers so we can have incentive to get the victory, solve the problem then show others how we did it and teach them to do the same. And that’s how we discovered that towns people in Schroon Lake, were allowed to use the swimming pool of a large Christian organization, Word of Life. Part of the Word of Life ministry was an inn at which attendees of Bible conferences would stay. The inn had a very large pool and one night a week towns people were allowed to use it.

Answer to exercise, possibly use more muscles than any other sport. And in the middle of the coldest winter. So we found a solution and you can too. It’s out there, it just may be hidden to you until you search. Talk to people, learn all you can and find a solution. Of course, this exercise leads one to feel more energetic and suddenly other solutions come to mind with the brain getting more blood flowing. We found space for a work bench and developed our own little gym at home. You can too. Go for it.

THEN SHARE IT! Help others.

That’s your quick tip of the day. Yes, it’s a repeat of a video I posted on youtube.com

but it’s your solution.

Come back soon.

Sugar Isn’t Food — Quick Tip of the Day

Sugar isn’t food, it’s a drug. That’s your quick tip for the day. It’s a drug and therefore can be addictive.

Several journal articles, often by the same small group of researchers, “prove” sugar does nothing bad. In many cases, the sugar industry paid for the research.

What’s Coming on Hideous Health Habits? (Find the Golden Secret Here)

Keep watching here in the sidebar for a real eye opener.

In the meantime, let me ask a question.

Have you tried to lose weight, followed all kinds of  plans and exercised in honest effort, and had no weight loss, or so little that you didn’t feel it was worth your efforts?

Well, so did I, but recently I learned the BIG RESULT was just some information I was missing. Maybe it’s the same thing that has kept you from success.

Look for my checklist which will soon be offered FOR FREE here on our sidebar.

Let me ask you one more thing. How serious are you about wanting to lose weight. On a scale of 1-10. Leave a message in the comments and just give a number, 1 being I don’t care anymore, and 10 being I am totally committed to losing and will read and adhere to your free offer when it is posted.

Here’s one quote you’ll find in this checklist:

What good does it do to set goals for weight loss, better health, more energy, lower blood pressure, or lower cholesterol, when you can’t reach those goals because your addiction to certain foods keeps sabotaging you? Has that happened to you?¹
